Who is getting a massive salary? Management's compensation is primarily stock. If they don't produce positive results for the company then their compensation falls with the stock price. Their shares will be reduced just like ours in the R/S. The fact that management is in the same boat as the regular shareholders is a big plus for this company.
You really should do your DD before spouting off and making yourself look foolish.
