Thanks Joey_B. The name of the game in the otc, is keeping investors involved/interested until such a time, hopefully, when revenues start to roll in. In my experience, a lot of legitimate otc stocks tend to suffer undue pps degradation, because they refuse to adhere to certain protocols followed by much larger, already proven public-companies; rather they be SEC reporting or not. In short, they underestimate the importance of benchmarking such companies, to a certain extent.

Just as an example, if any existing or former Wialan insiders are not selling shares currently, and new shares are hitting the market due to a possible capital-raise, then the company should simply state this; alongside the reason why, in the interest of full disclosure. Whether investors agree or disagree, it would serve to keep us informed and regarded - IMO.
