I'm told that weekend picknickers have been picking up diamonds the size of horse turds down there for yrs. Almost everyone has large ones on their mantles, in rock gardens,etc. The smaller ones are used in sling shots, pea shooters, etc. At Teigan Store, Sand Springs Post Office, Winnett Bar--they will no longer accept uncut diamonds in lieu of cash--just got too many of the darn things and "by golly, we agotta have some hard cash to pay for inventory" is common complaint.
