Now that's the point, no one's prediction's were accurate (except those who advocated buying P/K and H's. But there were many WAGs out there during the process, that were way off.
And until the final POR was approved and finalized, no one was certain of anything. Not even equities survival.
Now that we have facts (and they are stubborn things), there is no guessing. The waterfall will continue, whatever is left over will go to escrows, the LTI will be dis-banned.
The only WAGs now are who will WMIH merge with, or be bought by.
