My hopes are though - to be able to buy more shares at an even lower price before this thing finally moves. I don't know when that will be, but I hope I have time. Every penny counts...

Ask youself; who would tell Watts that they were going to sell enough shares on Tuesday to drive down the price. It would have to be a market order for millions of shares. Study the iHub charts and draw your own conclusion.
