Looking more and more like a treble damages decision to me!!!!

How many times do you get hit over the head before you realize

you are getting the crap beat out of you. I have repeatedly

said only a fool would risk treble damages and sanctions. It

appears the evidence just keeps pointing more and more that

Nokia was infringing and not only that they well knew they

was based on their on officers comments.


All I can say if they carry this on to a trial they are total

fools. Risk versus reward is always part of the decision to

go forward with a case or cut your losses and settle.


If they do settle and hopefully for everything IDCC seeks

since in my opinion IDCC has them in a bad position, then

the rest like LG and others will be signing and paying back

payments as well. The cash register should explode and dividend

increases and special dividends should also be forthcoming.


Microsoft and IDCC settle for full freight look for a $100.00

stock within 2 weeks of the deal as it will be monumental.


Buy all you can while you can and smile on the way to the bank.
