My guess is it wasn't the expected news and it confirmed more time required for Hema.

That being said, there was almost no selling and this news has solidified the high potential for approval in the coming weeks.

No reason to sell now!

Also, dCell or NR2F6 news could hit at any time - maybe this week.

RGBP should start seeing steady and substantial increases until approval(s) and BMSN will follow suit.

Even now BMSN remains undervalued, it should be in the mid .00020's with RGBP trading @ .30
