magilla, Yes this is certainly good news and probably the only reason the stock didn't jump more is that big $ is aware of the political pressure and treasure chest that MMO can apply to basically negate the ALJ opinion. Most company's would probably settle but Nokia/MMO have deep connections with the lawyers and Judges in the highest positions. But again this certainly is good news and could have been much worse.
