A few things with your post.
There were 3 licenses given out last month by health canada. (Canntrust, Auraura and Bedrocans 2nd license)
HC is obviously going to slow right down their licensing process until the MMPR is fixed. The federal injunction is what they are waiting on.
Why would Supreme announce an inspection? I don't get that thought process. Announce a successful inspection, not the date of an inspection. The goal of Supreme is for long term growth, not give investors a chance to flip for profits.
Shouting from the roof tops? So you want him to be like Bill Chabaan and CEN Biotech. That worked out great for FITX.
To think this will go to $1.65 is presumptuous. Bedrocan just received a license for a 2nd facility and is trading at 0.75. They also have major plans for exportation of the drug. Supreme is year before it will ever reach that SP if ever. Bedrocan is going on year 15 of MMJ distribution. Lets be realistic here.
What hiccup would send this scrambling for life support? Either supreme gets a license and it grows or it doesnt get a license and its worthless. Just like every pot stock. I think every pot stock will continue to bleed until the MMPR is revamped. But scramble. I don't agree.
You're not sure this case goes in favour of the MMPR? Who will it go in favour of? Back to basement growing? Lets be real here. The MMPR will be adjusted but the MMPR will stick. Too many people are listening to the biased nonsense of MMAR advocates on how the appeal is going. There are issues with the MMPR but do you really think the government will go backwards. Not a chance.
Finally, Obama address to the nation has nothing to do with Canadian MMJ. And Canadian politics has less to do with American politics. There is a conservative government in power here in Canada. Which means recreational legalization of pot will never be in favour as long as conservatives are in. And the liberals will never be voted in as long as they hold the reputation they do.
Not to be too political, but nobody cares what the U.S does with MMJ or recreational pot. Its apples and oranges. All of Canada is legalized for Medical use. None of Canada is legalized for recreational use.
Until the liberals are in power, recreational pot isn't even in the cards.
