pyct claims they have this 50B$ market thingy yet it collects dust since 2008 and since 2007 with CES.

If money is what they need to make this happen China is the place
They have tons of cash.

Some will argue they pyct/CES/Banks/IR don't want to sell

So the Chinese buy the paper and profit that way.

The 0001 paper is no secret pyct has been promoting stateside USA since day one May2008
