About a week until 10-Q comes out, a week to re-submit form to
Finra, a week to review updated form, and a week to submit
paperwork and fee to otc and finally be approved for
OTCQB.
That is if Paul is ready, and Al is done shooting his movie.
Don't know how Al will find the time to run a public
company, but we will see.
He is an actor, model, producer, and entrepreneur.

Although not sure how the " SpilliNator ", is doing right
now.

It took VitaCig twelve months to finally get spun off.
