Just dont understand if the facts are there. Why are they getting away with it ..? It is deemed illegal regardless of ones position , shareholder or not. What you say makes them criminals.. period...

**I understand your shorting position. Not this stock (but others then..) IF You are a shorter . isnt this what "you" would do... to short a stock ?
