Another whopping belief I have IMO is that WMIH will be our instrument to securitize the remaining portfolio loans which are sitting at Thackeray III Bridge in a tax friendly manner.

WMIH will securitize and liquidate the remaining assets to generate more cash for the escrow holders who are the Grantor Trust for the assets which will return to LT from Thackeray III Bridge!! After reincorporation to Delaware that is.
