WRONG.. It's one thing to issue one's self those shares, but is that really acting in the best interest of EVERY Retail VOIS Shareholder? Why issue those 5,000,000 Series A Convertible shares to Brent Fouch, who isn't even a VOIS Officer.. and is already a Very Highly Compensated VOIS Consultant?
WHY WHY WHY oh WHY did Kerry Driscoll award himself $155,000 in CASH Compensation at the end of 2014? Please let's hear justification for that award... PLEASE!
