CYBL: There is a long road ahead with difficult decisions to make; however, CYBL has a management team I believe is dedicated to the task of creating a company that can be productive and revenue generating. All that is needed is a plan to resolve the convertible debt that is stifling the company and one, substantive government contract for its patented portable lighting equipment.
