SD for sure, though that doesn't count as a "response." If the mass remains there is no response, according to every criteria out there. RECIST is the standard, even though Guidance does say other criteria may be used, and RECIST is the official criteria used in the Direct trial. So they must obide by it. If they cannot then they will have to go the way of OS as an endpoint with a placebo group, double blind trial etc. going forward. But I think the multiple inject Ph II will show some PRs, especially if adjuvants are given.
