Joey B, the policy of (1) not communicating with the shareholder's, (2) making forward looking statements such as new CEO coming soon for so long last year, making every decision, directing each person what to do and not to do who had held the CEO positions since the business started etc. Victor is policy and no other person had the right to really delicate any authority without Victor's approval. Victor has proven many times that he is not HELM material, only product developer material. Through constant research since the beginning of Victor's start years back this is what I personally believe.
