How many who attended the ASHM and open house last November are going to attend the ASHM in April?

This is what I expect. Less than 5 to 7 will be in attendance. This will be in contrast to the more than 75 that attended the last ASHM.

Why?

Because there will be NO Miltner-ADam knife on display.
There will be no Q and A.
There will be no donuts.
There will be no admission into the factory as before.
It will be a waste of time and money.
There will only be a proxy resolution and a vote.
And then the meeting will be dismissed.


How can I say this?

Experience.

Even though this vote is as important as any before. MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD. Don't let traders who have nothing to lose sway your vote. If you have invested (INVESTED) let your voice BE HEARD.

The SHARES represented by shareholders who READ THIS BOARD is in excess of 20 million shares. This plus Barney Visser's shares will make a big difference in the outcome of the vote (Review the share count on each proposal on the last ASHM and see the BIG difference in the outcome on the stock incentive resolution which was SQUASHED. This will happen again.

We do not have a UNION, we do not have any rights as investors except to EXERCISE OUR RIGHT to VOTE NO.
