Microsoft/Nokia


It sure appears to me that going forward for Microsoft is a

very high risk of treble damages, and Nokia seems to be

wanting nothing to do with the case now. Microsoft didn't

realize that they just got in bed with a snake. Nokia if

they no longer have any liability for past infringement, then

Microsoft sure can't alienate them. I would hate to be in

Microsoft's shoes.



Today is the happiest day of my life and I wish all of you

could be present. Will post more later and thanks to all

who congratulated me because I am the luckiest man in the world.
