Nice tight ceiling between the Outstanding Shares (2,945,688,107) and the Float (2,576,627,444); the difference of 369,060,663 is a very marginal 12.5% gap...

The fact there has been no change indicates stability in the stock's share structure, which is a confidence builder for shareholders.
