I think he has confused LQMT with GTAT.

500M is the estimated loss on the GTAT deal.

BTW, as I have mentioned before; the whole GTAT debacle is NEVER presently mentioned. Even though a blunder or misstep; it is not even a blip on the radar. The loss of $ is insignificant.

It has had the same impact on Apple as if Jony Ive broke a pencil.
