Great points but I don't think many of us would discount the science as you have. And I REALLY don't think Apple, Engel, or Materion would either. There is little to no doubt the science and intellectual property are true and valuable (though there clearly are issues to be overcome).

But, there is almost no chance that Apple will seek to give credit to LQMT in the public eye. Why would they? Indeed, why should they? After all, they are uniquely responsible for much of the progress made. And, for the portion of progress for which they are not directly responsible, they have already bought ownership for themselves.

Remember, We are co-owners of property with Apple. Property that Apple has paid handsomely for. Indeed, Apple has paid in the realm of $500 million for their portion of the property we share. Think about it… The reality is, we own property that Apple thinks is worth a HUGE sum of money!

The problem is, only WE can create the value from it. And, indeed, that is a problem.
