Id say your right about one thing. There is no evidence directly that the fdic or JPM will give us our billions back. But im pretty sure JPM hasnt infused the 100 billion plus dollars into there stock. So since they just now reported it in there 10k for the First time to JPM shareholders 1.) Why hasnt there stock soared and 2.) When the bankruptcy is over are they going to be the victors of the 100 billion in there off balance sheet?.
It kinda looks like its either going to them or us. So how is the press gunna ignore that windfall. They will eat that up and make a huge story out of it too.

Oooooor!
Your fathers common sence was correct and the mortgages were set aside hoping nobody would noice as they took them (por6). But we found them, thus por 7 emerged and so the new game was started and the game was to trick the investors to sell preferred to get piers cause its first to pay out but the real plan was to legally scare us and buy up our shares from our shaky hands and then say oh wow there is assests left over (kmart trick)after all while holding our shares we sold out of fear. But obviously those that were here posting everyday kept us informed of there sneaky plan.

Is it so hard to believe that when the kmart deal happend we were actually witnessing a trend in NEW scams the powers that be thought of? Now that every single one of us are aware how this NEW trick works is it really hard to believe they just tried it on us too? But for obvious reason they failed cause they got greedy and did it one too many times. I believe kmart and wamu is the exact same thing. It has nothing to do with the corporation iself. Its all about hidding assests and figuring out how to hide it from the public; "off balance sheets".
Its a new scam and its clever. Its old news now and the crooks will think of another way to legally rip off the tax payers.
