".....a memorandum of understanding to promote...." Let's see now, how do we make analogy between this, and the girl who's been dying to get married. Maybe.... She just received an e-mail from the guy that says he's thinking about her, and thinking about talking together sometime about the idea of marriage, and he wanted her to have some documentation of that, which is the purpose of the e-mail. What is this....about the 74th one of these in Wave's history, all of which have produced $0.00 in revenues?
