The SLNN stock does not have to go to zero to be worthless.
If there are no buyers you are stuck with your shares.

Most of the 30.2 Million SLNN shares out there now will never be sold. Based on SLNN's average daily shares traded it would take 197 trading days just to unload the shares that are out there now. There is a long line of "Sellers" waiting for buyers that will never show up.

I cannot believe that you are bringing up Payroll Tax delinquency as a positive indicator for Saleen. Saleen's Payroll Tax delinquency increased last quarter. They will be lucky to avoid a
forced bankruptcy proceedings from the IRS. Saleen must have missed a scheduled payment with the IRS after already being delinquent.

It must be difficult for Saleen to prioritize all the delinquent debt. Does Saleen pay the IRS? or this week's Payroll? or do they buy inventory to build the ONE car they need to show off for investors? What about the customers who put down $1M+ of deposits?
That money is spent and the customers are not receiving their cars.

This information may be negative but it's the only truthful reporting of Saleen that can be published accurately.

These comments are my opinion. Invest based on your own research and conclusions.
