LMM, you wonder how the claims of mines, contracts, revenues and profits can be patently false and not somehow catch the attention of some regulatory agency. The mistake that many people in the pinks make is that they assume things must be legit if the stock hasn't been halted yet. You ought to take a look at MSITF if you want to do some DD. That was Bob's prior venture before this one. They had a good ten year run. Bob claimed products, contracts, revenues, and lots and lots of profit. But it was just press releases, never audited financials. One day the press releases stopped and poof, that was it. They went from glorious claims of profit to no bid. There was not even any salvage value. Despite the glorious claims of revenue and profit, when the press releases stopped, there was nothing left. Bob just walked away and decided to run a gold company next.

Here, I see the same pattern. Nothing but press releases and unaudited financials put out by Bob. There has been no real third party verification of anything. Bob will not publish a 43-101 and the transfer agent is gagged. He claims he does not want to promote the company by letting anyone see a 43-101, yet he has been paying promoters to pump the stock. He claimed he was going to do a buyback at NWGC, but then gagged the transfer agent and raised the authorized shares by 750 million. Ecuador still shows Compania Minera as dissolved, and even if it weren't dissolved, there is no proof that Andes owns anything in Ecuador. Other persons claim ownership of the Miranda Alto mine. Both here and at the parent NWGC, Bob and the insiders are continually converting debt for shares at .0001. The shares authorized and outstanding is ballooning both here and at NWGC, yet the debt continues to increase. In the absence of audited financials, you have nothing more than Bob's credibility. In light of MSITF, you have to wonder what that is worth.
