Sec and finra won't get involved until the company is reported and then it takes a long time for action because of all the paperwork and verification involved. Both of bobs tickers were reported by me and others.

The sec or finra will send a notice to the company that's being investigated looking for verification regarding the prs, fins etc and when the company doesn't respond they get halted. 128 stinky pinker tickers were halted last week.

Read the sister companies board NWGC for new DD that just came out exposing this scam even further.
