AHFD unreal ss-Effective December 26, 2014, the Articles of Incorporation of Registrant were amended by written consent action of the Board of Directors and a majority vote of Shareholders of Registrant. The amendment, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 3, decreased the authorized capital stock to 500,000,000 shares
