There are no justifications for negative posts on this Company. This Company's CEO gave a public statement for NO RS and No increase to A/S. There had been some old CDs (Conversion Debt) redeemed which gave some dilution to the pps. Those old CD Holders are done now and no new toxic loans taken per CEO. Current SS is 950M A/S with about 550M-600M O/S. This is a great SS as tons of otc penny stocks have 3-4B A/S and trade around .03. Explosive sales growth with the AcnEase product has rocketed sales growth that started in November 2014 and improved Gross Margin as well. There is currently not even one business ratio or bottom line of any aspect of the financials of this company that would show anything other than a strong northerly direction on pps.
