Yep that is right. It is known as the kiss of death. Ecig might be one due to revs that is different. Sub penny stock rs is always doomed imo. Most people sell before or as soon as they hear rs. Then buy after it is live again and people panic sell and it crashes then will bottom bounce back some. Sometimes not. Best if luck. Nature if the beast. Ecig will do well down the road but now it is just to crazy. I voted no.
