I'm pretty sure that's how it works to so if the company starts right off the back diluting from day 1 you can only watch it drop until your shares are free to trade by then the stock may have dropped significantly and your stuck. I may be jumping the gun the vote not even passed yet. I'm goin to call my broker tomar and see what I can find out. If that's the case and you don't have money to sit idol imo you should get out not worth the risk.
