The CEO has been extreamly open and honest - imo. Read all 25 of his posts to see how he got involved with STOA and what he has done with STOA since he has been CEO, and what he wants to do with STOA going forward.

He explains nothing in the future - I.e mergers, etc. are guaranteed here. And there are still some issues he is trying to figure out with the help of the TA and legal counsel.

My guess is it will end up well for those of us buying and holding @ this time. I am looking forward to seeing what happens down the road- obviously because I think it will mean my current shares will appreciate in value.
