CME Group announces new future contract.

March 29 they will start selling May 2015 LOOP Contracts.

I once was at the LOOP, I watched Shell unload 2 million barrels of oil into Clovelly using the LOOP and then extract 2 million barrels of oil. All for accounting purposes.
