Cashwealth for one, does not have a high opinion. To be honest, I was only going by the potential momo, and don't see real estate as a buy and hold, by no means. Not sure how much momo is really even here anymore, since it has failed to really even break .30 yet.

I noticed shakez said he was out, and the pps dived. Came back some, but...
