All I know is we Have THE HODLCO AND XYZ Properties corp IN TOTUM and XYZ pays the shareholders of HOLDCO monthlys on the properties held within XYZ S

My divie check COMES from the HOLDCO quarterly and monthly a check comes from XYZ.
But NOT 100% sure its a sub or a completely different stand alone( and thats MY BAD). All I know is the checks have been coming for 35 yrs hehehehehehehhe
A completely diff would be even better still for separation purposes
