Sorry, but you are wrong. They had no "Deal" with emotiv to design anything that emotiv needed or wanted..... exactly the same as all the other developers.... and many came up with innovative and useful programs. Mind Tech's 3 offerings were uninteresting and worth far less than the price they were offered at...which is why hardly any sold. They had absolutely no exclusive deal with emotiv. Period. Buying the commercial SDK gave them the ability to come up with workable products. too bad the stuff was uninteresting.

I had to explain this over and over back on the MTEK forum, including many other things that needed clarifying, when Fouch was making his typical overblown claims......
