It sure does. LOL! Mass hysteria, or whatever it is called, is almost unstoppable. it seems to operate in these penny stocks as well.
I think i recall a little bit of that case. There was a similar case here in Sacramento involving a day care center. It dragged on for years and although nothing was ever proven, the owner of the day care center and her extended family, many of whom worked there, were utterly ruined emotionally, mentally and financially. No one was convicted, no one was even given probation. Yet, her license was yanked.
Something that is going on right now, though different, is equally disturbing. That is the Duke LaCrosse team rape case. The DA better have a lot more than has come to light so far. Right now it looks like he is on a witch hunt to end all witch hunts. Based on what I see right now, I'd call his efforts an eggregious abuse of power.
