All I know is that the President of this Company, Paul Taylor, owned control of a company known as Telatinos/Netco. That company had one Rodrigo Calderon as President. Rodrigo Calderon and Keith Maydak filed documents asserting some claims to the entity. Paul taylor also owned some other company Real Hip hop Matrix which he sold to some other Florida scammers who created Advanced Content. These entities were sued separately by Calderon and Maydak-conrolled persons.

So there's some incestual situation with DIBZ and Keith Maydak, what I have no idea.

Also we don't really know that Keith Maydak is the poster Keith Maydak here that operates the Warning Signals board. It could just be someone use the handle.

similarly, we don't know that the Company Paul Taylor Ltd. is the same Paul Taylor that is president of DIBZ. It's obviously a popular name.
