I understand that this shell was acquired by a court order after the company was abandoned. I could be wrong on the history, but it was got via receivership proceedings. If that's the case, there could be contracts out there that weren't invalidated, such as a cognovit note or something that Maydak may possess. I guess it's going to be interesting, that's all. A lot of players with history here and to top it off, the nature of the company seems to be marijuana based which violates federal law--even if legal in some state. Any use of interstate commerce to sell marijuana gear could result in some heavy scrutiny. It doesn't have to be "marijuana," but remember ole Operation Pipe Dream that saw tommy chong go to jail for selling glass.
