The Company sure knows how to stop the upward movement of the share price.

From what they said in the press release, it sounds like a refinance, while buying back stock from an institutional investor that wants out. The numbers correspond well with that scenario. Also note that the existing convertible bonds have a conversion price very close to the recent share price.

It looks like a long term positive after we get through the uncertainty of what they are doing. IMO
