I did extensive research on suspended companies, and NONE of them ever really comeback. I was an optimist. It's like saying "Obama will get re-elected" after being impeached. I'm sorry, but it's true. It's sad for all kf the stockholders who lossed, along with some of the good, companies that were "up and running".
Buddy, THIS was an "all-out bogis scam" with a fame address and web-page used as a "cover-front". Nobody picked up the phone, no orders were sent from it, nothing. The final PR regarding "6000 new patients" along with the fake merger that resulted in massive dillution was the "final nail in the coffin". It was absolutely ridiculous. Do the math, what do you think the financial profits of 6000 new patients would be on a monthly basis especially if people were consistently buying a quarter ounce of weed every week. The company would have gone from 20 profits to how much? The SEC pop this company about a week or so after this press release. It was way over the top. Buddy, I'm sorry but this company was probably the biggest paper scam shell company in penny land over the last 10 years. it is pretty much the working model probably used an educational institutions around the country of what not to invest in on the stock market.
there was no company there was nobody working there was nothing AEGY is the ultimate online dilution scam in the pot sector. They will never come back from the bone yard.
