Once again you have displayed a complete lack of understanding of your role as CEO, one in which you are highly compensated.

Respectfully, I have to ask, what is Steipp's role as CEO? Is it to keep us abreast on everything that is happening inside the company or is it to make this company a success?

May I offer you a bit of advice: turn the reins over to Mr. Hauck and his team and allow them to work their magic. Mr. Hauck seems to be a man of unquestionable integrity, dedication, and possess a stellar resume of success. He is a no non-sense, straight to the point, and most importantly, trustworthy individual.

I couldn't agree more with this statement and I truly believe Steipp has given Hauck what he needs to make the company a success.

You and I, being military men, and I assume both commanders, know that every successful commander surrounds himself with a superb command staff. After serving twenty-two plus years as a United States Marine Corps officer, operating at the apex of command, I am completely disgusted with your lack "command and control."

I'm sure being a "commander" you have read the Art of War, so you are familiar with the following quotes?

“All warfare is based on deception. Hence, when we are able to attack, we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must appear inactive; when we are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near.”

“If your enemy is secure at all points, be prepared for him. If he is in superior strength, evade him. If your opponent is temperamental, seek to irritate him. Pretend to be weak, that he may grow arrogant. If he is taking his ease, give him no rest. If his forces are united, separate them. If sovereign and subject are in accord, put division between them. Attack him where he is unprepared, appear where you are not expected .”

“Thus we may know that there are five essentials for victory:
1 He will win who knows when to fight and when not to fight.
2 He will win who knows how to handle both superior and inferior forces.
3 He will win whose army is animated by the same spirit throughout all its ranks.
4 He will win who, prepared himself, waits to take the enemy unprepared.
5 He will win who has military capacity and is not interfered with by the sovereign.”

Please prove me wrong, please tell me that you are going to pull a rabbit out of your hat and save this company. Please tell me that there is something in the pipeline, something that will send this company back to were it was!

I have a strong feeling that Steipp will do just that. He has been successful in other endeavors and I believe he will be with Liquidmetal.

I don't even like the way Steipp "appears" but I have enough of a tactical background myself to understand that things don't always appear as they are.

The Value of Failure Can Be Worth Billions" and The Value of "Perceived" Failure Can Be Worth Billions too"

I have one final question and that is - why do you think Steipp or any other CEO would lie about something positive that they do not have to lie about on an earnings call?

Best regards to the Board as I sign off until I see a reason to read it.
