From what I understand, a "Patent Troll" is a company whose focus is purely on purchasing patents (many patents, from multiple companies) for the sole purpose of enforcement and litigation. VPLM simply took over Digifonica DURING the processing of this single patent suite because they saw the value in the potential of these patents. I admit, I do not know ultimately how valuable these patents are, but I do know that VPLM is NOT a troll.
