I do not believe it to be relevant for one moment. Smart Flash obviously had a verifiable patent that fell into all the legal parameters. I am seeing and hearing that there is a huge uprising against patent trolls. The last $10,000.00 VPLM have should really be spent on producing an indecent report on the validity of the patents.
