No, I don't want your credibility nor do I need it. If you would do some research you would find that Tony has been shut down by the SEC a few times including not too long ago on a new startup pink. The SEC shut it down before he could ever get started. Prosecuting pink CEO's isn't exactly on the top of the SEC's list of priorities.

Tony apparently can't keep a business out of bankruptcy long enough

It's not a real business therefore there are zero profits which means no audited financials. It's a scam and not meant for investors to make money. And yes I know some lucky ones do make money but it is not many.
