How do you know tests were performed? Is it because you read it in a P.R.?

A normal public company would have posted the report, that was produced by the lab that did the testing, on its web site. After all, the very viability of the company hinges on that report. The company's shareholders have a right to see it and Ken Manzo has no right to keep it from shareholder's eyes. He doesn't own the company; the shareholders do. He didn't pay for the report; the company (the shareholders) did.

The same applies to the letter from the FDA that states MNZO's Lacto-Freedom can be sold as a probiotic supplement. That letter has a direct bearing on the value of the company and Manzo has no right to withhold it from shareholders. I suspect such a letter does not exist. He's speculating Lacto-Freedom can be sold as a probiotic supplement and has misled shareholders into believing the FDA has made a definitive ruling, specifically regarding the product in question.
