I don't know why we have to make an acquisition by substantially diluting existing shareholder value when our market cap is so low and when we are on the cusp (next several months) of announcing a major partnership which could include substantial upfront money which could be used to fund such an acquisition? If LWLG has the key to unlocking the photonics revolution and if LWLG is similar to a biotech with a successful phase 3 trial, why would LWLG NOT receive upfront money in any partnership?? Look at all the early stage biotechs receiving large amounts of upfront money as a result of partnerships.
