I don't know what the plan is yet, but I know a few things. First, they paid Mean mann Mar $50,000 for the shell via a wire transfer down to Cooosta Rica. Second, Paul Taylor's not reporting his foreign bank accounts over $10,000 to the IRS, instead he opened them with his Brit pp so he escapes FATCA. Third, KM and PT have joined up in the past, both use Marshal Schictman as corporate securities counsel who probably handled the deal.
