I HAVE A SERIOUS QUESTION? CAN TRADERS VOTE?

I HAVE SEEN MANY PEOPLE ON HERE TALKING ABOUT TRADING AND AVERAGING DOWN!

I DO NOT THINK YOU CAN VOTE.

THE VOTE WAS AS OF JAN 26TH!

If you sold and then rebought, you do not own THOSE SHARES ANYMORE, AND I THINK YOU LOSE THE VOTING RIGHTS WITH THEM.

can anyone else help me out. If someone had 1 million shares at jan 26th close, but then sold them and rebought 1 million shares, they do not get the right to vote do they?
