Read the 330 page court transcript...

...as the blogger, foreclosure lawyer that is quoted (who was also foreclosed on I believe) article is a blogged opinion; not quotes from the court transcript.

...the point of order in that quote was misinterpreted by the blogger IMO. He stated that he did not know of any accounting record of the list of the mortgages (portfolio, serviced, etc.). The reason why he said that was in the transcript; "because he wasn't familiar with the accounting at the bank, he was in the mortgage default work out and foreclosure area. He clearly stated how the mortgage software system was maintained and how the coding for all mortgages indicated if they were "asset" loans aka "portfolio lons" versus serviced loans (on the serviced loans he further illustrated how they were all coded by Series and Tranche issued and by the Mortgage Backed Securities Trust Owners were.
